But the Leaderboards state he is around Level 45. When he exited the game and went back into it, he got de-ranked from Level 45 back down to Level 9. It didn't really work and no achievement. He used all of the unlocks and also went back and forth between the menu & lobbies to see if he can keep any spare unlocks.
Within 4hrs 30m, I got him from Level 9 to Level 45, the last level known to give you a unlock tied to "Tooled Up". So I encouraged Angelus to have one more shot at it. However, Multiplayer matches can still be accessed and the classic Capture The Relay Boosting Method and the best game modes around are back. As you will know, if you go into Multiplayer and look at the top right of the screen, the News Feed doesn't give you any information and the bottom right of your screen says that the game cannot connect to a certain source. But the XBox 360 Version got reverted back to the classic lobbies. On the day of the server closure, EA closed the servers for the Playstation 3 & the XBox 360 Version. His weapons we're purchased, but a padlock was still around them. When he rebooted the game, he got de-ranked down to Level 9. Each unlock he did, no achievement and it was getting late and we we're running out of time. Now when he reached Level 9, he then swapped his details over to another XBox 360 to see if the achievement would unlock. We did so and he tried again, no achievement.

He then tried to use his unlock from the Limited Edition code to see if the achievement would unlock. Instead, it occured after he prestiged as he got to Level 5, instead of Level 1. But he used a Limited Edition Code which oddly enough, did not change his status or gave him an extra unlock whilst he was going for Level 50. When he prestiged, usually you would go back to Level 1. This took ages to get Levelled up as you can imagine. This was before the server closure, so with this in mind, we had to use the Relay Pick-Up and get killed boosting method. What I suggested to him, was to get to Level 50 and then possibly Prestige which requires more XP. As he can back me up, so he's been unlucky and not been able to get this achievement at all. I've been trying to help him get the "Tooled Up" achievement for quite some time.
